📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q1: Do you ship across all of Mexico?
Yes, we deliver to all 32 states in Mexico, including urban and rural areas.

Q2: How long does delivery take?
Our average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. In some rural areas or during peak seasons, it may take up to 20 business days.

Q3: Where are the products shipped from?
We source products from verified suppliers located in Asia, Europe, and the USA. Products are shipped directly to you.

Q4: Do I have to pay customs fees?
Most of our shipments fall below Mexico’s customs threshold and pass through without fees. However, in rare cases, customs duties may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility.


💰 PAYMENT

Q5: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfers (via SPEI)

  • OXXO (offline payments)

All payments are processed securely.

Q6: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid to ensure secure and fast processing.


🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q7: What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is:

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Damaged

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Q8: Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the product is defective or sent in error.

Q9: How do I get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


📦 ORDER & TRACKING

Q10: How can I track my order?
Once your item is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use our Track Your Order page or enter the number at 17track.net.

Q11: I haven’t received my tracking info — what should I do?
Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be generated after shipment. If it still hasn’t arrived, email us at support@friendly-goods.com.

Q12: Are your products original?
Yes. We partner only with verified international suppliers who provide quality-tested and original items.

Q13: Why are prices so affordable?
Because we work on a dropshipping model, we eliminate warehouse and middleman costs — passing the savings directly to you.


🛠️ ISSUES & SUPPORT

Q14: What if my item arrives damaged or broken?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with a photo/video proof. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Q15: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they’re already processing and cannot be altered.

Q16: Is your store based in Mexico?
Yes, we are a Mexican-owned online store offering imported products. All customer service is handled locally.

Q17: Can I trust your store?
Absolutely! We are compliant with Mexican eCommerce laws, use SSL encryption, and provide order tracking and support for every customer.
