🔄 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase without any penalty.

  • To cancel an order, please email us immediately at support@friendlygoods.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • Once your order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


💸 Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Refund Reasons:

  1. Item not received:

    • If your package does not arrive within 30 business days (standard shipping estimate + grace period), you may request a full refund.

  2. Damaged or defective product:

    • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

    • Include clear photos or video of the damaged product and packaging.

  3. Wrong item received:

    • If you receive a different item than what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the incorrect item.

  4. Quality issues:

    • For significant quality concerns, you may request a refund or replacement after providing proof (photos/videos) within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ Please Note: Slight color or design variations due to lighting, screen resolution, or minor manufacturing differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for a refund.


❌ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delays caused by customs or natural events.

  • Incorrect delivery address entered by the customer.

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received (unless proof of carrier error is provided).

  • Buyer’s remorse (changed mind after shipping).


📦 Return Policy

Due to the nature of international shipping and our partnership with CJdropshipping, returns are not required in most cases. Instead, we provide refunds or replacements after verifying the issue with photo/video proof.
